Cool How GTE accelerate!

This is the video showing how it accelerate, it is quite interesting to know that, after 60,
the motor keep at boost sector...

And the whole system... is having 3steps of gear only?
D1 >D2 > D3…
And there is NO sport mode?

no there is a sport mode, well sort of. Its the GTE button, keeps the electrics and ICE working in tandem instead of either or. You can double down on it and kick up the energy recovery which would use the elctric motoros to slow yo down through harvesting and then allow you unleash the recaptured energy once you're back in the throttle.

sort of. KERS Would store the enrgy and unleash it at the push of a button, Its more like the new Hybrid F1 cars than it is like KERS. If you watch new F1 they actually coast a whole lot more than ever because they're allowing the system max recapture.

No coasting instead of braking, regen slows the cars and not the brakes anymore. Well thats not true completely. They still brake but regen and engine braking take care of most of the work now! Will be fun to see how it all works in monaco which is typically hard on brakes and gearboxes...
